Terms of Use

Effective 2026. By using netfinancialservicecenter.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. We are not a lender or a financial adviser

Net Financial Service Center is operated by Sentinel Holdings I LLC and publishes general educational information. We are not a bank, lender, broker-dealer, investment adviser, credit repair organization, debt settlement company or credit counselling agency. We do not make credit decisions, approve applications, set rates or fees, lend money, or service accounts.

Nothing on this site is an offer of credit or a commitment to lend. If we introduce you to an independent provider at your request, any agreement is between you and that provider, under its own terms, and we are not a party to it.

2. Information, not advice

The guides are general information. They are not financial, legal, tax or investment advice and do not take account of your personal circumstances, goals or obligations. Rules, rates and products change. Before acting on anything you read here, consult a qualified professional who can look at your actual situation.

3. About the calculator and any examples

The debt payoff comparison tool is an illustration. It runs in your browser using the figures you enter and simplifying assumptions stated on the page — fixed rates, fixed minimum payments, monthly compounding, no fees and no new borrowing. Real accounts behave differently. Its output is a comparison between two strategies, not a forecast, a quote, or a promise of any result.

Any dollar amounts used in worked examples elsewhere on the site are arithmetic demonstrations. They are not research findings, industry averages or predictions.

4. Accounts

An account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. The figures, tables and progress indicators shown in the account area are illustrative placeholders generated when the page loads — they are not statements of account, balances, credit approvals or records of any obligation. We may suspend or close an account at any time.

5. Acceptable use

  • Use the site for lawful personal purposes.
  • Do not attempt unauthorised access, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt the service.
  • Do not scrape, republish or resell substantial portions of the content.
  • Do not submit anything unlawful, abusive, or containing another person’s confidential information.

6. Advertising and introductions

This site may carry advertising, and providers may pay us where you go on to do business with them after an introduction you requested. That payment does not change the terms you are offered and does not buy influence over our content. See About for the full disclosure.

7. Third-party links

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or products.

8. Intellectual property

The text, design and code of this site belong to Sentinel Holdings I LLC unless otherwise stated. Photography is licensed from third parties and is not licensed onward to you. You may read, print and share pages for personal use.

9. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information is complete or current at any moment.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentinel Holdings I LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of this site or any decision you make based on it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts of Laramie County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable right you have to bring a claim elsewhere.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the effective year above will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated version. Questions to [email protected]. See also our Privacy Policy.

Not sure where to start?

Start with the money you keep, not the money you owe. The emergency fund guide takes about six minutes and it is the one that changes the rest.
